Welcome to Biostatistics Central!
This project is essentially a platform for anyone with passion in biomedical research, biostatistics, and data science. Our goal is to make research more accessible. Whether it be by consulting up-and-coming investigators on their research, or by redefine research education, making it more digestible, accessible, and bringing it to a wider audience.
While we believe that regular forms of education like courses are a necessity (ditto our “Basics of Biostatistics & Research Methodology” course), we also believe that catering small pieces of knowledge into short-form videos and other content that fit into the modern social media environment are a great way to deliver knowledge. By following us, you will get regular content covering the basic concepts of medical research and statistical techniques. These content can be in many different forms, from 1-minute videos explaining a concept to in-depth multi-hour webinars that dive into the details of the research process.
